Arthur Linssen
Arthur specializes in strategy development, particularly through (re) positioning and proposition development. He has a background in both management and consultancy. After studying Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, he worked at Philips Electronics and Eneco in various commercial management positions. In the role of advisor at VODW Marketing and with his own consultancy PropositionCompany he stood at the basis of many market strategic renewals. From this more than 20 years of experience, he always strives to practically applicable forms of strategic advice. He also appears regularly as a presenter and guest speaker.

Ate Mevissen
Ate gained his BSc International Business at the University of Groningen. During his bachelors, he studied in Denmark for a semester and gained experience in online marketing as an intern. He finished the MSc Marketing specialising in Marketing Intelligence and Marketing Management. His graduation internship at Eneco focused on the causal relationship between loyalty and value-adding services. Driven by his passion for business analytics and marketing, Ate specialises in translating data analyses to market strategies and vice versa. His approach is characterised by tackling cases from multiple angles accompanied by an analytical mind-set and customer-orientation.

Carlijn Camps
Carlijn obtained her MSc in International Business with a specialisation in Strategic Marketing at Maastricht University. During her Bachelor, she studied at Universidad Carlos III in Madrid for one semester. After her graduation, she travelled solo for six months through Southeast Asia. She gained experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry with GUHL Ikebana Cosmetics. Here she carried out various market analyses and she focused on digital marketing, communications and customer interaction. Her analytical skills and attention to detail sharpen the cases within their areas of interest positioning and proposition development.

David Olthof
David is in the final stage of his Master Marketing Management at Tilburg University. In this final stage, he will write his master thesis at The Next Organization about the effects of external influences on the NPS. His first contact with consultancy was when he participated in an international research project by the university. Within this project he had a leading role in the acquisition stage, he went to Canada for one month to do field research for a Dutch multinational and was individually responsible for the delivery and presentation of the research report. During his traineeship, he will mostly work on marketing-analytical and strategic projects, since he is passionate about data, process optimization and strategy.

Floor accomplished her MSc in Policy, communication and organization at the VU Amsterdam with a specialization in consulting and change management. For her thesis, she conducted research in India about knowledge sharing between universities and organizations. She did two years of her bachelor’s in Communication Management in Brussels and one year in Madrid. In Spain, Floor attended the ESIC Business & Marketing School and she worked at an online marketing agency. Due to her international experience, Floor knows how to analytically approach diverse situations and come up with creative and effective solutions.

Gaby completed a MSc in Management with a specialisation in International Management at Nyenrode Business University. She wrote her master thesis about change management and leadership. Simultaneously, Gaby was involved in a research project for Colruyt, in which she gained experience in on- and offline marketplaces in the FMCG industry. During her Bachelor International Communication she studied a semester abroad at the University of Barcelona and wrote her bachelor thesis about storytelling in different cultures. At The Next Organization she will use her creative and analytical skills to approach problems from different perspectives and come up with creative solutions.

Imke obtained her MSc in Strategic Product Design with a specialisation in Retail Design at Delft University of Technology. Her master thesis was written for Suitsupply. This thesis was about the development of a new online shopping platform – as part of a complete omni-channel system – on which the shopping experience in physical stores is translated to an online shopping experience. Subsequently, she gained experience at a Dutch jewellery brand where she was responsible for online and offline marketing communications, the social media strategy and the development of collections. At The Next Organization, Imke focuses on the strategy development for several customers.

Marjan van de Wetering
Marjan is an experienced project manager and implementation manager. After her studies Business Administration for the Financial Sector, she started at the trading floor at Kempen & Co. After that she worked as a consultant for Capgemini for many years and gained experience as a project leader in various sectors. During her time being self-employed, she did many assignments for ING in the role of implementation manager business in major IT projects (integration of Postbank-ING, Core Bank, callcenter system, workflow system delays). Marjan has a hands-on and professional mentality and guides clients from strategy development to implementation.

Yasin Sahhar
Yasin is specialised in Strategic Marketing Management; in particular in customer value, value propositions and the strategic positioning, development and optimisation of value co-creation practices.
