Arthur specializes in strategy development, particularly through (re) positioning and proposition development. He has a background in both management and consultancy. After studying Economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, he worked at Philips Electronics and Eneco in various commercial management positions. In the role of advisor at VODW Marketing and with his own consultancy PropositionCompany he stood at the basis of many market strategic renewals. From this more than 20 years of experience, he always strives to practically applicable forms of strategic advice. He also appears regularly as a presenter and guest speaker.
Ate gained his BSc International Business at the University of Groningen. During his bachelors, he studied in Denmark for a semester and gained experience in online marketing as an intern. He finished the MSc Marketing specialising in Marketing Intelligence and Marketing Management. His graduation internship at Eneco focused on the causal relationship between loyalty and value-adding services. Driven by his passion for business analytics and marketing, Ate specialises in translating data analyses to market strategies and vice versa. His approach is characterised by tackling cases from multiple angles accompanied by an analytical mind-set and customer-orientation.
Carlijn obtained her MSc in International Business with a specialisation in Strategic Marketing at Maastricht University. During her Bachelor, she studied at Universidad Carlos III in Madrid for one semester. After her graduation, she travelled solo for six months through Southeast Asia. She gained experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry with GUHL Ikebana Cosmetics. Here she carried out various market analyses and she focused on digital marketing, communications and customer interaction. Her analytical skills and attention to detail sharpen the cases within their areas of interest positioning and proposition development.
Imke obtained her MSc in Strategic Product Design with a specialisation in Retail Design at Delft University of Technology. Her master thesis was written for Suitsupply. This thesis was about the development of a new online shopping platform – as part of a complete omni-channel system – on which the shopping experience in physical stores is translated to an online shopping experience. Subsequently, she gained experience at a Dutch jewellery brand where she was responsible for online and offline marketing communications, the social media strategy and the development of collections. At The Next Organization, Imke focuses on the strategy development for several customers.
Marjan is an experienced project manager and implementation manager. After her studies Business Administration for the Financial Sector, she started at the trading floor at Kempen & Co. After that she worked as a consultant for Capgemini for many years and gained experience as a project leader in various sectors. During her time being self-employed, she did many assignments for ING in the role of implementation manager business in major IT projects (integration of Postbank-ING, Core Bank, callcenter system, workflow system delays). Marjan has a hands-on and professional mentality and guides clients from strategy development to implementation.
Martin specialises in optimising and innovating business processes from a customer’s perspective. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and his Master’s degree in Innovation Management at Eindhoven Technical University, Martin graduated at the Next Organization writing his thesis on the integration of Sales & Marketing functions into new product development. With his innovative mindset and strong analytical skills he now translates customer needs into tangible initiatives for sustainable results.
Petter is business support consultant. After obtaining his bachelor in Science and Innovation Management at Utrecht University and his Master Degree in Innovation Management at the Eindhoven Technical University, at The Next Organization he focuses on smart IT-solutions for data-driven decision making. He helps organisations gain better insight into their most valuable data. Thereby he makes the translation of commercial information needs to concrete solutions.
Simon holds a Bachelor in Biomedical Sciences and a two-year MSc. Science and Business Management at the University of Utrecht. He has several scientific publications to his name. During his study, he conducted research at the RIVM, developed a new product at GIDS and as a regional manager he contributed to the expansion of the largest student discount card in the Netherlands. At The Next Organization Simon focuses on strategic renewal where he accelerates projects with his structured and analytical approach.
Sven has specialised in the implementation and optimisation of customer contact organisations. His vast experience in the world of call centers has provided him with the competencies to translate technique into commercial successful service concepts.
Yasin is specialised in Strategic Marketing Management; in particular in customer value, value propositions and the strategic positioning, development and optimisation of value co-creation practices. With his critical qualitative and interpretative approach, he is involved in several consultancy projects. Besides that, Yasin is a PhD researcher (in collaboration with the University of Twente). Within the new and revolutionary Marketing perspective; the “Service-Dominant Logic” he conducts research on how organisations can align value propositions with constantly changing customer needs and how optimal co-creation practices look like to facilitate this.
